We sell individual slices and mini cakes with ingredients that are grown in Jamaica, such as carrots, bananas, citrus andf ginger as well as gluten free brownies, a sweet vegan egg free pudding, which is an old Jamaican recipe, along with gluten free brownies and chilli chocolate brownies.

In the Summer, we also have our signature lemon flan, which is a lovely lemony cheesecake but without the cheese, as well as a almond tart   Come along and try our samples of our mouthwatering cakes and chutneys, and homemade jerk sauces.

We are the  St Albans Farmers' Market, which is held on the second Sunday of the month in the City Centre,  from 10am until 2pm come rain or shine! You can find us towards the Museum where the old Town Hall.  You'll also find us at the Harpenden Farmers' Market on the fourth Sunday of every month, near Godfreys Fish and Chip shop, so come along and see us.   Our usual time is for the Harpenden Market 10am to 2pm (strict!), except the Christmas Carnival held on the fourth November each year.  This runs  from 12 noon until 6pm on that date only.  Please note we do not attend the December market as we are busy with our Caribbean cake orders.  These are available to order from the last week of October until the 10th December for guaranteed orders before Christmas.
